After obtaining agreement in principle from the UN Sub-Committee of Experts to use recycled plastics in the manufacture of new IBC inner receptacles last December, ICCR and ICPP have introduced a new UN proposal that would, among other things, reduce the amount of testing required of these products during the production process.  The two groups believe there is no need to test inner receptacles from each “batch” of recycled plastics.  See full story here.
