See    HERE    a copy of testimony offered on Capitol Hill April 26th by RIPA President Paul Rankin.  The subject was U.S. infrastructure, hazmat safety and opportunities for reform.  The testimony was presented on behalf of  “Interested Parties for Hazardous Materials  Transportation”  (IPs), a broad D.C. coalition of trade associations and a group for which Paul also serves as Chair.
