RIPA Webinar Year in Review



RIPA is pleased to announce our final virtual meeting of 2020.  It is an event that every member of the association will want to attend.

On Tuesday, December 15, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. EST, RIPA leaders will host a virtual one-hour “year-in-review” conference that reflects on one of the most consequential years in our association’s history and looks forward to some of the business issues we are likely to face in 2021.

COVID-19 has had a powerful impact on the global economy and, by extension, every reconditioning company not only in North America and all over the world.  It has impacted your work force, your supply chains, your selling methods and the availability of products and services.  Regulatory requirements have been changed and then changed again.  In sum, the pandemic has compelled every business leader to fundamentally change the way their business is managed and operated.

The recent election appears to have once again altered fundamentally the political landscape.  It is all but certain a new President will take office on January 20, 2021 and this means wholesale changes in every government agency, including the U.S. Department of Transportation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.  We’re going to give you our best guesses about how these changes will impact the industrial packaging industry in the short-term.
